Join a leading independent distributor and become a vital part of their warehouse team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently — all while working with high-quality, locally sourced products.
What You'll Be Doing:- Picking and rotating stock with precision
- Replenishing inventory and keeping the workspace clean and safe
- Loading and securing goods onto delivery vehicles
- Following food hygiene standards to maintain product quality
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment (2–6°C)
- Previous warehouse or food production experience is helpful but not essential
- PPT or LLOP licenses are a plus — full training provided
- Reliable transport to the Tewkesbury site (public transport may not suit shift times)
- 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day after 3 years
