My client, based close to Thame, has an exciting opportunity for someone to join their team as an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative. In this key, customer-facing role, you will be dealing with pre and post-sale enquiries providing customers with advice in a friendly and professional manner.

You will need to be sales-oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about learning new things. Ideally you will be technically minded, with a Physics GCSE, however this isn’t essential, as training will be provided.

If you are a friendly and confident person with previous experience in customer service, this could be a fantastic opportunity to join a small but busy and growing team.

Duties:

  • Customer support via email/phone/website chat
  • Answer technical queries
  • Offer product advice
  • Basic technical calculations, quotes and invoices
  • Take client orders and payments
  • Assist with post sale support

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Dynamic approach with adaptable time management skills
  • Aptitude and desire to grasp technical concepts and willingness to learn the product range with training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with good numeracy skills
  • Experience in a customer facing position

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Generous benefits package including 25 days holiday, 10% employer contribution pension, and a discretionary annual bonus.

Salary - £28,000-£30,000 DOE
