Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (45 minutes lunch break)

Responsibilities:As a Technical Sales & Customer Support Agent, you will:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and chat
  • Chase delivery issues with couriers
  • Handle amendments to customer orders
  • Manage product returns and warranty issues
  • Process refunds
  • Offer pre-sales product advice and technical support
  • Recommend products and advise on suitability
  • Conduct basic technical calculations
  • Prepare quotations and proforma invoices

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication skills; confident in engaging with customers
  • Ability to comprehend technical details and concepts
  • Conscientious and professional with a high-energy approach
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • A genuine interest in understanding how things work
