• Interpret design specifications and collaborate closely with designers and makers

• Apply specialist techniques to produce distinctive, high-quality finishes

• Proven experience in veneering and marquetry, ideally in a fine furniture or high-end joinery setting

• Excellent attention to detail and a deep appreciation for natural materials

• Strong problem-solving skills and pride in delivering exceptional work
