Robert Half are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a growing organisation based in Thame to recruit a Finance Analyst. The Finance Analyst will receive a salary of up to £40,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working and study support!

This is a very commercial role and it would best suit an individual who is a strong communicator!

Primary responsibilities;

  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly accounts, variance analysis, and KPIs.
  • Support group-level reporting and respond to parent company inquiries.
  • Assist in quarterly and annual financial statement preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Translate complex financial data into compelling insights to support strategic decisions
  • Produce board-level reports, summarising key financial insights.

Key Experience and attributes

  • AAT/ACCA/CIMA studier
  • Strong communication skills, translating financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to present insights in a clear, engaging, and actionable way.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills.
