Are you an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer looking to step into the renewables sector?

Do you want to join a growing, close-knit team that values progression, teamwork and long-term development?

This established renewable and heating specialist has been trading for over 10 years, building a trusted reputation across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. With a growing team of 15 and exciting plans to expand their renewables offering, they're now seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join their family-feel business.

As a Heating Engineer, you'll work across domestic and light commercial projects, handling installations, servicing and maintenance of heating systems, including air source and ground source heat pumps. You'll cover sites within an hour of the Thame office, working with a Technical Director who will support your continued training and development.

This is a long-term role within a team that values quality, collaboration and career growth. The company offers structured progression - with the opportunity to lead your own team in 3-5 years - as well as annual goals, bonus schemes and ongoing technical support.

The Person:

  • Minimum 6-8 years' plumbing experience
  • City & Guilds Plumbing & Heating qualification (NVQ Level 2 or above)
  • Experience in domestic and/or commercial plumbing
  • Ideally has experience with air source heat pumps or solar (training provided)
  • Full UK Driving Licence and based within 45 mins of Thame
  • Positive, proactive, team-focused attitude

The Role:

  • Installation, servicing and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems
  • Domestic and commercial work, mainly planned (with some reactive jobs)
  • Work closely with a junior, engineer or supervisor - strong team ethos
  • Complete high-standard work across all projects
  • Opportunity to shadow for 6 months before running your own projects
  • Progress to leading a team within 3-5 years
