Residential Conveyancer / Licensed ConveyancerLocation: Thame, OxfordshireSalary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Benefits About the Role: QED Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer to join a highly respected law firm in Buckinghamshire.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 2-5 years of case handling experience to join a supportive and friendly residential property team.What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, which may include:
  • Sales & Purchases
  • Leaseholds & Freeholds
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of Equity
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing case handling
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Strong communication and client care skills
