Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a background in manufacturing? This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading manufacturer to find a proactive individual to lead quality operations at their site.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the face of quality hosting audits, engaging with customers, and driving continuous improvement across production and systems. You’ll lead a small team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality policies aligned with ISO and 45001
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Lead customer quality initiatives and manage complaints
  • Support site Health & Safety (NEBOSH desirable, training provided)
  • Deliver training and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, PFMEA, PPAP, and lean principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and quality systems
