We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join our successful team. Day-to-day of the role:- Prepare introductory letters to clients with relevant initial enclosures and assist in client engagement.
- Draft documents and manage correspondence for fee earners.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and bespoke software for various tasks.
- Update clients, agents, and solicitors on case progress.
- Assist with billing and invoicing clients.
- Manage file keeping, open new files, close files, and ensure file progression.
- Handle diary management for fee earners, schedule client meetings, and liaise with clients on behalf of fee earners.
- Address client queries as necessary.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Property, including involvement in development projects of both residential and commercial nature.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Commercial Property law.
- Professional telephone manner and experience in dealing with clients.
- Methodical approach to work and ability to prioritise own workload.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

This position is based in Thame, Oxfordshire, with flexibility to work remotely one day per week following a successful probation period.
