We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join our successful team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to handle a diverse range of commercial property matters and provides support to Partners and Solicitors. It is ideal for individuals aspiring to qualify as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, with sponsorship for qualifications offered by the firm.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Prepare introductory letters to clients with relevant initial enclosures and assist in client engagement.
  • Draft documents and manage correspondence for fee earners.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and bespoke software for various tasks.
  • Update clients, agents, and solicitors on case progress.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing clients.
  • Manage file keeping, open new files, close files, and ensure file progression.
  • Handle diary management for fee earners, schedule client meetings, and liaise with clients on behalf of fee earners.
  • Address client queries as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Property, including involvement in development projects of both residential and commercial nature.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Commercial Property law.
  • Professional telephone manner and experience in dealing with clients.
  • Methodical approach to work and ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
