- Leading and developing the conveyancing team, including resource planning and talent development.
- Managing conveyancing cases from initial instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and associated documentation.
- Liaising closely with clients, estate agents, solicitors, brokers, and internal departments.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of post-transaction procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and timely client billing.
- Regular use of case management systems.
- Building and strengthening relationships with local agents and clients.
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with extensive residential property experience.
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing team.
- Strong expertise in handling transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new builds, shared ownership leases, and declarations of trust.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with corporate clients, buy-to-let investors, and leasehold properties.
