What does the school require from you?
- Experience working with children, ideally within an educational setting or KS1 classroom.
- Flexibility and initiative, especially when working one-on-one with pupils who may need additional support.
- A nurturing, positive attitude to help young children feel confident, safe, and encouraged in their learning.
- Willingness to assist with classroom preparation, such as setting up resources, organising learning materials, and creating displays.
