Responsibilities
- Support, configure, and enhance a wide range of SaaS business systems such as NetSuite, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Power Platform, and more.
- Work on integration projects using APIs and workflow tools to streamline and automate business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement scalable, secure solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or third parties where required.
- Contribute to technical documentation, support processes, and training materials to build organisational knowledge.
- Stay current on platform capabilities and recommend improvements or upgrades to support business needs.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 35+ years experience in a business applications, systems, or IT support role.
- Proven experience administering and supporting SaaS applications in a business environment.
- Proficient in at least one relevant scripting or query language (JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell, JSON/XML).
- Experience with application integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Desirable:
- Exposure to platforms such as NetSuite, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Power Platform, or Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools, low-code/no-code environments, or workflow builders.
- Understanding of data protection and security practices (e.g. GDPR).
- Relevant certifications (ITIL Foundation, Microsoft PL-900, NetSuite/HubSpot/ServiceNow training, etc.).
