We are seeking a Carpenter to join our responsive repairs team for a housing association in Basingstoke and Newbury.
The position offers a competitive salary of £35,500 along with benefits such as a company van, fuel card, and optional overtime.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in domestic homes and possess a full driving license.
Responsibilities include completing repairs in occupied homes, working off a PDA system, and performing general maintenance tasks.

We are looking for a Carpenter to work for a housing association covering Basingstoke and Newbury. This is a fantastic opportunity working on the responsive repairs team completing maintenance within occupied social housing properties. This position is offering an extensive salary package, including 31 days holiday, optional overtime and call out options, company van and fuel card.

The successful Carpenter will receive:

35,500 basic salary

As the Carpenter you will be expected to complete:

Repairs within occupied homes
Work off a PDA system
Repairs to doors, windows, kitchens etc
General maintenance e.g. lock changes, painting, fix leaky taps

We are really keen to speak to any Carpenter who has:

Experience working within domestic homes
Full driving licence
Additional skills in (plumbing or plastering)
