Our client is looking for an experienced sales support administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Quoting: Prepare accurate sales quotes for customers, ensuring all necessary details are included.

  • Order Processing: Process customer sales orders, amendments, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Shipping Coordination: Manage the booking of daily shipments with carriers, track shipments, and confirm delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Sales Tracking: Prepare and forward daily sales tracking reports to management, providing insights into sales progress and performance.

  • Product & Promotion Information: Provide accurate product and promotion information to customers and sales teams as required.

  • Customer Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring customer profiles are accurate and up to date.

  • Goods Receiving: Assist in the receiving of goods and entering purchase invoices into the system.

  • Holiday and Absence Cover: Provide coverage for team members during absence or holidays, ensuring that the sales admin function continues to run smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM and order management systems is a plus.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.

  • Full training on sales quoting, order processing, and internal systems will be provided.
