I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Block Manager for their major RC Frame residential scheme based in Berkshire.
As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a block of 52 apartments, managing minor external envelope works to assist the External Manager, but to mainly look after the internal fit out from 1st fix stage on wards. You must have excellent health and safety record, able to co-ordinate the works, manage the sub-contractors out on site and report into the Senior Project Manager on site. The ideal candidate must have worked for a residential developer/residential main contractor and have experience in delivering units to a timely and quality standard.
You must hold a valid CSCS,SMSTS and First Aid Cert and payments are made via CIS. Contract length 8 months.
