Registered Fostering Manager

Location: Berkshire

salary: 60,000 - 66,100 + 3,000 retention bonus

NonStop Consulting is working with a Local Authority with a Good Ofsted rating in the Berkshire area in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role, with one day work from the office and the rest from home. This will allow you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule.

Responsibilities of the Registered Fostering Manager:

The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a very stable team which includes an Assistant Team Manager and 7 Social Workers.

The fostering agency is part of the local authority. At the moment, they have 20 fostering households and 15 kinship households, with 46 children in placement, so it is not a large service.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Registered Fostering Manager or an experienced Fostering Manager. You must have a good understanding of the fostering regulations and Ofsted requirements. You must be a Qualified Social Worker and have the Social Work England registration.
