Your Responsibilities as a Plant Fitter:
  • Fixing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of plant equipment including excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers and more
  • Efficiently reporting any faults and ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Diagnosing and fault finding mechanical issues to keep operations running smoothly.
We're Looking For:
  • Proven mechanical experience and a knack for diagnosing and fault finding.
  • A motivated fitter with a passion for keeping heavy machinery in top condition.
  • Experience within the Plant Hire sector is preferred but not required
  • Form of engineering qualification - City & Guilds/NVQ
  • Someone ready to contribute positively to a dynamic team in Thatcham.
