Are you an organised and motivated individual with a passion for efficient warehouse operations? Our client, a leading optical and astrological manufacturer, is searching for a dedicated Warehouse Leader to join their friendly team in Thatcham, Berkshire!
What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing timely picking and packing of goods.
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Managing various computer systems for inventory tracking.
- Performing manual lifting and loading/unloading of products.
- Conducting checks on inbound and outbound goods.
- Communicating effectively with sales representatives and customers.
- Covering for the Operations Manager when needed.
What You Bring:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Initiative and a forward-thinking mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A keen understanding of product knowledge.
What We Offer:
- Annual salary of £27,000.
- 25 days holiday allowance (including three for Christmas shutdown).
- Annual bonus based on company performance.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
