I am excited to be partnering with a fast-growing medical devices manufacturer, who has already established themselves on an international scale and are looking for an Operations Executive to join their team in Berkshire.
They have already built a robust e-commerce presence, whilst also continuing to expand within the b2b space.

In this role,
You will:Â
- Maintain and update all WSSIs, providing recommendations on required actions to ensure optimum stock levels across markets. Â
- Raise and manage all purchase orders in NetSuite, overseeing inbound/outbound deliveries and ensuring accurate stock, serial-number, and shipment documentation. Â
- Own the day-to-day supply chain flow, including forecasting sales, monitoring stock, updating shipment schedules, and supporting wider business functions as needed. Â
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring smooth coordination of logistics, deliveries, and stock movements. Â
- Provide cross-functional operational support, including BOM updates, marketing bundle setup, systems administration, and general operations support across the business.
 About you:
- 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, merchandising, logistics or planning environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong communication skills and well-organised
- Ability to work under pressure and be proactive
