I am excited to be partnering with a fast-growing medical devices manufacturer, who has already established themselves on an international scale and are looking for an Operations Executive to join their team in Berkshire.

They have already built a robust e-commerce presence, whilst also continuing to expand within the b2b space.

If you are looking to join a scale-up business, with an innovative product and fantastic growth trajectory – this might be the role for you! In this role, you will support the smooth- running of the supply chain activities through administrative duties outlined below.

In this role,

You will: 

  • Maintain and update all WSSIs, providing recommendations on required actions to ensure optimum stock levels across markets.  
  • Raise and manage all purchase orders in NetSuite, overseeing inbound/outbound deliveries and ensuring accurate stock, serial-number, and shipment documentation.  
  • Own the day-to-day supply chain flow, including forecasting sales, monitoring stock, updating shipment schedules, and supporting wider business functions as needed.  
  • Manage relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring smooth coordination of logistics, deliveries, and stock movements.  
  • Provide cross-functional operational support, including BOM updates, marketing bundle setup, systems administration, and general operations support across the business.

 About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, merchandising, logistics or planning environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Strong communication skills and well-organised
  • Ability to work under pressure and be proactive
