We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Logistics Administrator to join our client's vibrant team.

What You'll Do:

As our Assistant Logistics Administrator, you will:

  • Assist in coordinating and managing logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Processing Import and Export reports
  • Support the logistics team with administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and inventory management.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
  • Help with preparing reports and analysing logistics performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in logistics is ideal.
