Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

This is a key role that supports day-to-day sales operations and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing order processing from start to finish
  • Handling day-to-day sales administration tasks
  • Updating internal systems and Excel trackers
  • Preparing and sending invoices
  • Providing exceptional customer service - sharing updates and answering queries
  • Ordering and tracking parts & stock
  • Creating monthly/quarterly KPI reports using PowerPoint
  • Assisting with contract pricing proposals
  • Coordinating with warehouse & logistics to ensure timely shipments
