Description

  • Conduct literature reviews to support research in behavioural science and psychology.
  • Analyse quantitative data from surveys and other sources, extracting and communicating insights.
  • Design and interpret behavioural science experiments for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and summaries tailored to different audiences.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in psychology and behavioural science.
  • Explore new and emerging trends across related disciplines.
  • Actively participate in workshops, seminars, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Travel within the UK and EU may be required for conferences, workshops, supplier meetings, and other events.

Profile

About You:

  • Degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) in Behavioural Science, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in commercial settings focused on business or customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods research.
  • Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools such as SPSS, or R.
  • Ability to synthesise complex research into clear and actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver them reliably and on time.
  • Confidence in assessing research quality, methodology, and real-world impact.
  • Skilled in designing small-scale research studies on behavioural topics.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques.
  • Ability to integrate knowledge from related.
