I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC Developer in assisting them with recruiting for a Internal Fit-Out Manager for their major residential scheme in Berkshire area. The scheme compromises of +160 RC Frame units of flats.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from 1st fix through to handover. You will be responsible for managing around 50 plots at one time. You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety, weekly reporting, and reporting into the Project Manager on site. You must house building experience and have worked for leading UK house builders, at a fast pace environment and be able to delivery units to programme.
This is a 12-month freelance role, and you must hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
