A friendly and supportive SEN school in Thatcham is seeking a committed and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with a genuine interest in SEN, child development, and inclusive education, including graduates in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or related fields.

You will be supporting children with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs, working closely with teachers and specialist staff to ensure pupils feel safe, supported, and engaged in learning.

Salary: 89-100 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Experience: Preferred but not essential

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with classroom activities, help manage behaviour positively, and contribute to personalised learning and support plans.
