Labourer

Swanstaff Ltd are looking for a reliable Labourer to work for our client in the timber industry, based in Hevingham. The role involves stacking timber and preparing it for palletising. The ideal candidate should be able to handle moderate to heavy lifting.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for stacking timber forms, moving them safely, and ensuring they are ready for palletising. This is a physically demanding role, and safety is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack timber forms neatly and securely for palletising.
• Move timber safely and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading timber.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Help with other tasks in the yard as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Good attention to detail and able to work efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willing to follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
