We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation within the care home environment.
Requirements
- Must have minimum 1 years UK experience within a care home setting
- Must have an enhanced Adult DBS on the online update service
- Must have all mandatory training certificates
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and team members.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required, as part of a dedicated team.
