I am recruiting for a Production Operative in Thetford for a large furniture company.

I am looking for the following;-

Experience with moving and handling furniture.

- Experience with assembling furniture.

- Reliable and dependable.

- Self-motivated.

- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

- Team player.

- Organized.

- Practical and able to use hand tools competently.

Main Responsibilities

- Assemble and build flat pack furniture (wide range of tables and bedroom furniture)

- Quality control check furniture before applying packaging.

- Picking parts from storage before assembly.

- Wrapping and packaging furniture ready for loading.

- Ensure keeping to schedule as set out by warehouse manager to ensure all furniture will be ready for loading.

- Unloading lorries of furniture and pallets (as required).

- Picking furniture and furnishings from warehouse storage ready for loading.

Past experience in the construction industry is necessary for this role.
