As Regional Support Manager you will oversee the full operational setup, nursing the home meet all regulatory requirements, are fully staffed and deliver exceptional care from the outset.
You will manage, evaluate and develop all aspects of the services within your remit, ensuring the care delivered is of the highest standards and quality.
Candidates for this Regional Support Manager should meet the following criteria:
- NMC registered nurse - desirable, not essential
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Prove track record of opening or turning around care homes
- Demonstrate experience managing operations in care home or similar healthcare environments
