Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard

Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations

Ensure your section is well-stocked, clean, and efficiently run

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety

Contribute to new dish ideas and daily specials
About You:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen

A strong interest in seasonal British cuisine

A proactive, team-focused mindset
-
Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service

NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is desirable
