Operating across the UK in a number of sectors including: Construction, Residential, Fit Out, Maintenance and EngineeringYour new roleSenior Project Manager required for a major construction project in the Suffolk area. They require someone with proven technical skills whilst bringing fresh ideas to the table.As Senior Project Manager you will play a crucial role in the project. This position focusses on providing visible leadership, strategic insight, and direction to ensure the safe and profitable delivery of the project. Additionally, it emphasises excellent customer satisfaction and effective team development.Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Offer cost-effective solutions, lead commercial strategies, and manage project business and profit plans.
  • Pre-Contract & Construction: Develop bid strategies, support pre-contract teams, review construction options, and ensure timely delivery of design information.
  • Team Development: Set clear objectives, enhance team capabilities, implement HR policies, and demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Supply Chain & Customer Relations: Manage supply chain selection, nurture customer relationships, uphold brand values, and address customer concerns.
  • Project Management: Focus on successful project outcomes, manage Health, Safety & Environment performance, develop clear delivery strategies, and ensure efficient project completion.
