SQL Data Warehouse Developer (Fully Remote | Immediate Start | 6 Months Contract)

Are you a skilled SQL Data Warehouse Developer ready to hit the ground running? We’re looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team immediately in a fully remote capacity.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Technical Lead to develop, support and evolve a critical on-premise SQL Data Warehouse environment within a wider integrated solution. The role will involve designing, building, testing, supporting and evolving the Data Warehouse ensuring it receives data from multiple core systems processing the data correctly and efficiently enabling creation/publication of reports in Tableau. This will involve deep technical knowledge of SQL, ETL and Microsoft stack and demand establishment of collaborative working relationships with technical peer groups.

You will follow approved change control processes to enhance systems, apply fault resolution patches or perform upgrades. This includes working closely with key stakeholders to ensure changes meet agreed requirements and quality standards.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server Data Warehouse solutions
  • Build and maintain ETL processes using SSIS
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability of the data warehouse
  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
 Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience with SQL Server Data Warehouse
  • Proficiency in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and best practices
