As a leading outsourced sales company, we work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. This entry-level position offers you the opportunity to develop expertise in multi-channel digital campaigns whilst being part of a multiskilled team delivering results for national and international clients.


The Role


Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll implement and manage digital outreach campaigns across multiple platforms for several clients. This hands-on role focuses on executing proven strategies whilst contributing your insights to drive real business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Implementing digital outreach campaigns across email and social media platforms.


Managing multiple email and social media accounts, representing both Hayward Miller and our diverse client base

Writing compelling copy with support from the Digital Marketing Manager

Following proven company processes whilst providing valuable feedback and insights

Managing various campaign types: cold outreach, incoming enquiries, event promotion, feedback and research campaigns

Tracking campaign performance and writing detailed reports

Collaborating with the telemarketing team to maximise lead conversion

Maintaining accurate records and project management across multiple clients

At times being client-facing for updates and campaign coordination


What We're Looking For


Essential Requirements:


Office-based or digital customer service experience

Excellent written communication skills with strong and quick literacy abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Word, and comfortable learning new systems

Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously

UK driving licence and reliable transport (on-site parking provided)

Professional approach with strong attention to detail

What We Offer


Starting salary of £27,000

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
