Are you looking for a role where every day is different, with the chance to explore the country and stay away most nights of the week?

Founded over 25 years ago, this company design, manufacture and install a niche range of equipment for performance-based venues such as theatres, town halls and performance centres. They have been facing rapid expansion and are looking to add to their current team of engineers to manage the increasing workload.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing and repairing electrical panels and control systems across various sites in the UK, staying away up to 5 nights a week. The role will also include testing the functionality after installation, fault finding and conducting assessments.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with an electrical background who is looking for a role with clear routes to senior roles and internal training who is comfortable travelling across the UK and staying overnight regularly.

The Role:

  • Installing, servicing and repairing of electrical panels and control systems
  • Working within theatres, town halls and performance centres
  • Travelling to sites across the UK, staying away up to 5 nights a week consistently
  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
  • £18 - £20 an hour, overtime paid at 1.5x, £25 a night for staying away
