We are working with a well-established and reputable access solutions business based in Thetford, Norfolk. We are seeking a Production Operative to join their growing team. This role involves building and assembling a range of products tailored to customer requirements, ensuring quality and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings and understand the job file system. Training will be provided.
  • Work within strict deadlines with close attention to detail.
  • Use air/powered hand tools and work with the manufacture of aluminium products.
  • Adhere to all health and safety processes and procedures.
  • Prepare materials, assemble, apply final finishes, and pack products ensuring quality is maintained throughout.
  • Assist with installations and recertifications on site as required by your manager.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by your manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Professional approach with the ability to work independently and manage own workload.
  • Consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
  • Good communication skills within the team.
  • Knowledge of using CNC machinery & power tools is desirable, however not essential as training will be provided
