This role is essential to ensuring high-quality outputs and smooth production through equipment oversight, safety adherence, and process optimisation. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor process equipment
Mix raw materials to produce finished fluid products according to specific formulations.
Carry out routine sampling and quality checks to confirm product compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.
Accurately record process data, equipment readings, and production metrics for traceability and analysis.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Previous production experience is preferred however full training is provided.
Forklift Licence or experience required
Effective self-organisation and prioritisation.
Proficiency in basic computer use.
Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
Collaborative team player, adaptable to changing priorities.
