Hours: 35 hours per week, AYR

The Bridge Trust is a unique multi-School trust currently consisting of five special schools, two primary schools, a Training and Development Service and an Outreach Service. Our schools are located in North London (Islington) and Norfolk (Easton and Kings Lynn).

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to lead our finance team and ensure the financial health and sustainability of our Trust. This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified accountant / finalist/ qualified by professional experience to play a key role in ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective financial support service within an exceptional Trust.

  • An individual with strong financial and management accounting background with solid Multi School Trust experience.
  • A dedicated, flexible and organised person who will approach work with a positive attitude, and integrity
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, managing, influencing, guiding and mentoring to achieve and deliver the required strategies.
