AdministratorThetfordFull time, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pmTemporary/ongoing£12.50 per hour Hales Group are recruiting for a full time Administrative position on behalf of their client based in Thetford.  In this role, you will support the office function, assisting with a variety of tasks, including:
  • Assisting with pre-invoicing checks on service reports
  • Producing and sending invoices
  • Keeping company records and service schedules up to date
  • Acting upon recommendations from service reports e.g. bringing future services forward, liaising with internal departments regarding quotes for work etc.
  • Maintaining in-house systems
  • Uploading sub-contractor paperwork and service reports
  • Reformatting and sending service reports to customers on completion of works
  • Filing of manual paperwork
  • General administrative tasks, data entry etc.
  • Answering inbound calls and taking messages for other team members
This role requires a confident and capable Administrator, adept at prioritising a busy workload. The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in a similar customer service or admin role
  • A high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
  • Confident IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel
  • A professional telephone manner
