Role Overview

As a key member of the project delivery team, you’ll manage a team and package of works in the energy or water sector.
You’ll lead the site from the front, directing supervisors and engineers, instilling a culture of collective ownership, and ensuring high standards in health, safety, and quality.
You'll play an integral role in planning and resourcing project delivery, while also working closely with our commercial team to drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of site-based works
Direct site supervisors and engineers to achieve successful project outcomes
Foster and enforce a strong health and safety culture
Ensure proper planning, programming, and resource allocation
Share responsibility for project financial performance alongside commercial teams

What We’re Looking For

Essential:
Proven ability to successfully lead Civil Engineering site teams
CSCS card relevant to role
SMSTS certification
Strong track record in managing Health & Safety on site
Relevant academic or industry qualification in Civil Engineering
