- Deliver training in LEAN tools and methods, and support the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and moderate improvement workshops (e.g., 5S, layout planning, set-up time reduction).
- Support strategic projects and ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate CI strategy deployment and audit actions within the UK.
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a medium volume manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing successful improvement projects on the shop floor.
- Strong working knowledge of LEAN methodologies and tools such as waste elimination, flow production, 5S, and preventative maintenance.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to coach and develop others.
- Good project management skills and familiarity with tools such as Gantt charts, RACI matrices, and KPIs.
