Production Technician - PermanentMonday to Friday –Day or back shifts available (no rotation)Salary: £28,300 per annum (£14.50 per hour) Overall Purpose: As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of fluid-based manufacturing processes. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality outputs and smooth production through equipment oversight, safety adherence, and process optimisation.  Key Responsibilities: 
  • Operate and monitor process equipment, including pumps and valves, to regulate fluid flow within production systems.
  • Mix raw materials to produce finished fluid products according to specific formulations.
  • Carry out routine sampling and quality checks to confirm product compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.
  • Conduct checks on filters and systems, reporting faults or irregularities to maintenance teams promptly.
  • Follow safety procedures rigorously to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
  • Accurately record process data, equipment readings, and production metrics for traceability and analysis.
  • Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure streamlined production and problem-solving.
 Skills & Competencies Required: 
  • Previous production experience is preferred however full training is provided.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective self-organisation and prioritisation.
  • Proficiency in basic computer use.
  • Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
  • Commitment to customer service and product quality.
  • Collaborative team player, adaptable to changing priorities.
