- Operate and monitor process equipment, including pumps and valves, to regulate fluid flow within production systems.
- Mix raw materials to produce finished fluid products according to specific formulations.
- Carry out routine sampling and quality checks to confirm product compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct checks on filters and systems, reporting faults or irregularities to maintenance teams promptly.
- Follow safety procedures rigorously to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
- Accurately record process data, equipment readings, and production metrics for traceability and analysis.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure streamlined production and problem-solving.
- Previous production experience is preferred however full training is provided.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective self-organisation and prioritisation.
- Proficiency in basic computer use.
- Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
- Commitment to customer service and product quality.
- Collaborative team player, adaptable to changing priorities.
