The Role
As an FMCG Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and driving multiple projects across departments. You'll manage critical paths, oversee timelines, and communicate updates to internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign project tasks effectively.
Oversee new product setup, including internal codes, packaging details, and barcodes.
Maintain accurate product information across customer systems and databases.
Communicate progress, risks, and changes clearly to all stakeholders.
Provide weekly project updates, highlighting delays and mitigation plans.
Manage packaging and sample requests to support key customer accounts.
Organise deliveries of packaging supplies and samples within budget.
Support market reviews, benchmarking, and packaging sustainability initiatives.
Ensure accurate product data is available to support online retail listings.

Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in FMCG or retail project management preferred.
PRINCE2 certification (advantageous but not essential).
