About the Role
We're looking for a Works Control Support professional to join a dynamic team, supporting day-to-day operations within a busy service department. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of maintenance processes, liaising with customers and technicians, and managing essential documentation.
Key Responsibilities for a Works Control Support:
Prepare job cards and invoices in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Identify and book parts using manufacturer identification tools.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and service reception.
Manage technician workloads and oversee work shift allocations.
Ensure seamless handover between service shifts for continuity.
Lock up the site and manage alarm systems at the end of shifts.
About You
Industry Experience: Knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance processes.
Organisational Skills: Able to manage workloads efficiently.
Customer Service: Confident in handling enquiries and providing solutions.
IT Literacy: Comfortable with database and maintenance management systems.
Warranty Costing & Retail Cards Experience: ADP familiarity advantageous.
