About the Role

We're looking for a Works Control Support professional to join a dynamic team, supporting day-to-day operations within a busy service department. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of maintenance processes, liaising with customers and technicians, and managing essential documentation.

Key Responsibilities for a Works Control Support:

  • Prepare job cards and invoices in line with manufacturer guidelines.

  • Identify and book parts using manufacturer identification tools.

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and service reception.

  • Manage technician workloads and oversee work shift allocations.

  • Ensure seamless handover between service shifts for continuity.

  • Lock up the site and manage alarm systems at the end of shifts.

About You

  • Industry Experience: Knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance processes.

  • Organisational Skills: Able to manage workloads efficiently.

  • Customer Service: Confident in handling enquiries and providing solutions.

  • IT Literacy: Comfortable with database and maintenance management systems.

  • Warranty Costing & Retail Cards Experience: ADP familiarity advantageous.
