My client is looking for a Head Chef to run this gorgeous small plate outlet which operates over lunchtime and Dinner, this outlet has a very keen focus on local produce grown on the doorstep and on food seasonality, keeping the food both modern and fresh.
As the Head Chef you will have strong levels of communication, a keen eye for attention to detail and a good understanding of the financial obligation that comes with running your own outlet... development of your team is another key ingredient in running your kitchen..
Fresh food quality is very much required so a minimum background of 2-3 rosette is required.
Basic salary is up to 50k.
Car is required due to location.
