- Handle incoming customer orders via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner.
- Support with the daily processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate invoices and process credit notes using internal Accounts software.
- Prepare and send monthly customer statements.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems.
- Ensure customer and product information is accurately reflected across internal systems software.
- Provide general administrative and accounts support as needed across the team.
- Previous experience in customer service or an administration role required
- Polite and professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and any familiarity with accounting software would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible, team-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
