A well-established local law firm in Thirsk is seeking a full-time Conveyancing Assistantto join their busy and friendly team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence

  • Managing case files and updating clients on progress

  • Handling searches, Land Registry applications, and post-completion formalities

  • General administrative duties including data entry and file management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
