The Role:- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
- Manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Gain hands-on classroom experience before applying for teacher training
- Comprehensive Cover Supervisor Training Programme provided
- Ongoing CPD and mentoring
- Dedicated consultant support
- £100–£112 per day once fully trained
- Strong partnerships with many local secondary schools
- Consistent, reliable work with opportunities for long-term placements
- Excellent stepping stone into Initial Teacher Training
- A degree or equivalent education
- Confidence, resilience and strong communication skills
- A passion for education and working with young people
