Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various tube materials, including mild steel and stainless steel, ensuring high-quality joints.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements and procedures.
- Cut, bevel, and prepare tube ends for welding, ensuring proper alignment and fit-up.
- Execute welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Inspect completed welds for defects, ensuring they meet dimensional and visual quality standards.
- Maintain and calibrate welding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding, particularly with tube fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with welding symbols and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with orbital welding techniques for tube joints.
- Certification in welding (e.g, NVQ Level 3).
- Knowledge of welding codes and standards (e.g., ISO 9606, ASME).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

- Permanent day shift
- 07.00am till 16.45pm Monday to Thursday
- 07.00am till 11.00am Friday
The Pay Youll Receive;
