Multi-Skilled Joiner

Westmann Contracts is looking for an experienced and motivated Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our growing team. As part of our field-based team, you’ll carry out a range of repair, maintenance and refurbishment tasks, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be able to work independently or as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.

You should have:

Proficiency in at least two trades (one must be Joinery). Other trades may include:

PlumbingPlasteringRoofingGlazingGroundworksNVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant core trade.

A full UK driving licence.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

Experience within the facilities management sector would be a plus.

Requirements

Happy to work away from home approximately 50% of the time.Proven experience in joinery or a related field is essential.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to joinery and general building tasks.Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.Familiarity with roofing techniques and masonry work is advantageous.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.A valid driving licence.
