- Temporary Roles Tailored to You: Whether you're looking for daily cover to fit around your schedule or longer-term placements offering continuity, we can offer opportunities ranging from 2 to 5 days per week, depending on your preferences. Perfect for achieving that ideal work-life balance!
- Permanent Contracts: For those seeking a more permanent commitment, we also partner with schools offering a variety of permanent contract opportunities. Each role offers its own unique rewards and challenges.
- Pay rates vary, daily cover work starts at £130 per day with pre planned work offered to you. Long term roles start from £161 (M1 pro rata upwards). All roles are temporary contract term time with the exception of permanent work.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced and qualified teachers with a specialism in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to show up every day with energy and a can do attitude.
- Must have QTS.
- Recent school/ classroom based experience.
